La Safor

The municipality of Xeresa is stretches from the summit of el Mondúver to the marsh of La Safor. The population has made an effort lately to promote a sustainable and natural tourism.

How to arrive
By the N-332 or for the AP-7 with exit at the same Xeresa.
On the third weekend of July, the festival of la Mare de Déu del Carme is celebrated, and the third week of August, the Festival in honour of Sant Isidre, patron saint of the town, Sant Rafael, la Mare de Déu dels Dolors and Sant Antoni de Pàdua .

In this way, different paths have been valorised such as the PRV-153 Font del Mondúver, Ruta dels Corrals, Ruta dels Picapedrers, Ruta dels Picapedrers at Pla de la Vella, Ruta botànica de les Senilleres, Ruta de la Marjal, Ruta of the Monasteries or the Ruta de la Marjal

In its historic centre, the local washing place of 1910, l’Església de Sant Antoni de Pàdua and l’Ermita de la Santíssima Trinitat are preserved, as well as el Parc de les Oliveres, which has trees of great value.
